Estonian Award

The award has two principal classes: "HF-Award" and "VHF-Award" - the latter is really having 5 sub-divisions: "VHF-", "UHF-", "SHF-", "6m-" and "Satellite Award". Corresponding stickers are issued to indicate the class of an award.

listeners can obtain the award and the corresponding stickers according to the same rules having proved the necessary amount of followed two-way communications with at least one side of it being an ES-station.

Contacts with ES-stations are valid since 1.01.1990. QSL-cards from ES-stations serve as the proof of the validity of the contacts. However, it is sufficient for an applicant to send an abstract of his log with all necessary data on the contacts and a verification of these QSOs by a local amateur radio authority or by two other amateurs with their signatures under the application. In this case QSL cards are not required to be sent to the award manager.

The cost of the award with one sticker on it is 5 USD. While applying for different VHF-Awards, you may also apply only for one award (5 USD) and then for corresponding additional stickers (2 USD each) that will be separately numbered. The cost of the special "bonus" stickers for 50 or 100 ES-stations is also 2 USD each.

Send your application together with the corresponding fee to the "Estonia Award" Manager:
